If you have turned a bowl or this is your first time turning, you're gonna enjoy this workshop. I find plates are very satisfying to turn. You get long shavings and explore shape and design. Having the right wood is one of the most important things, so I will bring some nice beech or sycamore for turning. I will start by showing you how to axe out your blank and give you a blank to turn. I will show you my double bevel and ring hooks and how to use them. We can add few decorative bits too. 
This course is for beginners but if you have turned a couple of times before you will enjoy it even more!
